Players must be registered each year for the Spring season.
Registration is complete after:
1. Registration form and fees are completed and paid. (Online or by check.)
2. Code of Conduct/Release Waiver must be signed by both player and parent.
3. HIGH SCHOOL ONLY ... club receives a $150 uniform & $200 work duty check deposit (pre-dated to June 1st).
4. Final e-mail from Club confirming registration.
