West Lacrosse uses the Parkway West Middle School fields located at 2312 Baxter Road, Chesterfield, MO for practices and some home games for JV and Varsity. We strive to have as many home varsity games on turf at Parkway West, Parkway North, or Parkway Central.

Take I-64 to MO-141 South. Exit at Clayton Road, turn right. Turn right on Baxter. School is on right. Field is behind the school.
