 Varsity Head Coach: Pete Stirling
Coach Stirling is in his 16th year as a PWBLC coach and 15th year as varsity head coach. He was named MSLA's Coach of the Year in 2007, 2012 and 2015. He led the team to a 3rd place finish in the State in 2012 (Division 1), a 1st place finish in the State in 2015 (Division 2), and in 2019, he led the team to victory in the Show Me Cup Championship.

He is a 1999 Parkway West graduate and currently employed by Verizon as a Consumer Financial Services Analyst. He played 2 years of varsity lacrosse at PWH and was a senior captain. Pete attended Mizzou where he played lacrosse for 4 years and graduated in 2003 with a major in business administration and finance.

Coaching Philosophy: "Our goal as a coaching staff is to maintain consistency in the coaching staff at all levels so that the players are learning the same general system throughout their PWH careers. Our focus is on building fundamentals to maximize each player’s potential on the field and helping make better men off the field."

 Varsity Assistant Coach: Scott Casey

Coach Casey is in his 4th year at a PWBLC coach and 2nd year as the varsity assistant.  He was named PWBLC Assistant of the year in 2016.  Scott was member the illustrious 2015 Missouri State Champion Coaching Staff.

Scott is a 2001 graduate of the  distinguished St. Louis University High School.  He was a member of their program for 4 years and was a 3 year varsity player as well as a Senior All Star.  Scott played at the University of Missouri with Coach Stirling and was a starting defensive midfield beginning his freshman year.  Scott pursued coaching after college and has worked at various programs including Rock Bridge and SLUH Lacrosse.

Coaching Philosophy:  “Do Your Job! I train my players both on the field and off to focus on what they can control - their own performance and output.  Anything else is just noise.  It can be easy to be distracted or to try and do everything.  But ultimately, the best performers are those who can execute on their key responsibilities.  Own your work and embrace the success that comes with it.”

 Head JV Coach:  Brian Scarmana

Coach Scarmana is a Parkway West graduate that formerly played for Parkway West Boys Lacrosse Club. He served our country in the Army, and now is working in the St. Louis area.

This is his third year of coaching, and his second year as JV Head Coach.

Middle School Program Head Coach and Coordinator: David Wolf

Coach Wolf has been the head coach of Parkway West's youth program (6th through 8th grade) since 2017. He played 3 years of varsity lacrosse at Parkway West, graduating in 2001.  David went on to play 4 years of club lacrosse at Mizzou, including a 2004 GRLC championship season that took the team to the MCLA National Championship tournament.  He went to graduate school for actuarial science and currently works as an actuary at a local insurance/reinsurance company.

Looking to build on his first few years of coaching, he's taking a bit more subtle approach to the current season.  He plans to focus on skill development (on an individual and team level), but more than anything ensure that the players have fun and enjoy the game.
